Compass Management Partners was founded in 1991 by Joseph S. Duffey. The company evolved through a variety of entrepreneurial ventures and consulting engagements during which Joseph played an active role and developed a solid reputation as an interim or turn-around/crisis manager. Duffey and his team currently work with twelve different small business clients providing them with business management, marketing, and other organizational needs.
